The Story
It started in the kitchen.
I got tired of reading ingredient labels and finding garbage. Seed oils in everything. "Natural flavors" that aren't natural. Meat from animals that never saw sunlight.
So I started cooking for myself. Then for friends. Then for their friends. Primal Plates grew out of a simple idea: cook real food with real ingredients, the way it should be done.
Every meal is made from scratch. Our rice comes from Lundberg Farms. Our herbs come from our own garden. Our meats are pasture raised and grass fed. We use wood cutting boards, RO water, and real fats.
No shortcuts taken. Ever.
